I noticed there is an iron golem page and it got me thinking, iron golems are not "living" things, not even an organism. They made of inanimate material and have to be made by humans, they cannot reproduce by any means. they are like robots. should we taxonomically classify such creatures?
https://fiction-taxonomy.fandom.com/wiki/Iron_Golem
I feel like there are exceptions though, like transformers and cy-bugs for example, which are bio-mechanical, with transformers being made out of a living metal, and protoforms show they develop similar to living things, and cy-bugs lay eggs and eat, meaning they have reproductive organs and digestive systems.
But unless the robot or golem or whatever un-organic creature doesnt show any signs at all of being alive in the literal, physical sense, as in them being organism, (Like the aforementioned transformers and cy-bugs) should we be classifying them? cause I feel like taxonomic rankings should be reserved for organisms and robots and golems should have their own classification system. Like I feel like I'm gonna see a page for Wall-E on here one day or somethin 💀
I found it on DeviantArt, and I use it occasionally to help me think of scientific names for creatures.
Here's the link if you wanna use it for yourself.

Is it just me or do I think that Flasque belongs in Vivataryota? I mean, it is literally made of glass and liquid, no organic matter. I found this image from a quick google search.
Hi guys, do you think SCP-1988 should be considered as a member of Domina Order?

Im just saying that we should not be using the linaeus classification system for POKEMON. I believe it is just not right. Any ideas for a new system just for pokemon?

Because the Snooze Koopa from Super Mario Sunshine distinctly resembles a sea turtle.
