Taxonomy is a branch of biology that deals with classifying organisms in groups, according to their morphology, behavior, appearance, and properties. Taxonomy also differentiates one organism's morphology, appearance, behavior, and relationships to another organism, and therefore identifies the organism's morphologic relationship with other organisms and specifies the closest relatives of one organism. Take this for example: 2 bears were brought to a laboratory to research their morphology, one of them is a brown bear, while the other one is a polar bear.
