Experiment 523 is a small, mammalianoid, genetically-engineered creature created by Kweltikwan mad scientist, Dr. Jumba Jookiba. E-523 is a small icy blue-colored koala/penguin/seal-like creature with no ears, small arms and legs, a thin mouth, a large blue-green nose, dark blue eyes and three icicles behind the head that resemble the quills of a hedgehog.
