Minion (plural: Minions, scientific name: Minionus despicabilis) is the name given to a species of short and yellow-skinned humanoid invertebrates, they can have one or two eyes. Their favorite type of food is banana.
Biology[]
They have yellow skin, and one to two eyes. Their reproduction method is unknown; however, all known minions are male, suggesting they may use an asexual method of reproduction such as mitosis. Originally thought to be Pseudomammals, then amphibians, then sea cucumbers, then tardigrades, it's been most recently decided that they are Gastropods, since they do not appear to have bones, likely being supported by fluid. They've been observed to be able to glow, stretch, and even survive in the vacuum of space, like a tardigrade. A group of minions is known as a ‘tribe.’
Culture[]
Minions pride themselves on serving the most despicable masters they can find. Which is supposedly the whole purpose of their existence. Though even if said master gives up villainy, they still remain loyal to them, such as their current boss, Felonious Gru.
